While this typically doesn't pose any serious concerns, 
it is still not a very good idea. It might be better to 
check out the last tagged version, i.e. 4.1.12 for the 
time being. The head of the git repository is targeted 
towards developers, who are supposed to be able to solve 
any issues, that might occur. Against that the official 
versions are tested better and hence recommened to use. 
Compiling rather than taking the Sernet packages should 
be pretty OK, however.
