Hi, I take it that CURD = 'create, update, read, and delete' and you 
want to speed up any of these operations against samba4 AD.

You could try ldb-tools instead of the standard ldaptools, these were 
written to be used with samba4, they provide ldbsearch, ldbmodify etc
