[Samba] workaround for account lockout

Hello,

is there a workaround lock out an account? Or how do productive S4 AD
handle bad password entries? How to deal with brute-force?

[I already read from
https://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2014-May/181084.html that there is a
nice and welcome peace of code in the release soon.]
