[Samba] Perf enhancements in Samba4.1 related to SMB2.1 / SMB3.0 protocol

Doubt about,  recvfile patch is referring to?
Please help me to underrated more about it.
What type of recvfile patch will help to improve perf , something brief
about it will be more helpful.
