[Samba] errors in replication after adding dns records. ( 4.1.7 )

Im getting errors now im filling the dns ( through windows tools and samba-tool ) 

( OS : Debian wheezy, Sernet samba 4.1.7 ) 
 
On my AD DC, im seeing the following in the log file when i restart samba.

and on the second (DC2), im now see-ing the following when running samba-tool drs showrepl 
 
DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=internal,DC=domain,DC=tld
        Default-First-Site-Name\DC1 via RPC
                DSA object GUID: 2830b692-8424-4f56-9162-0e99f459be05
                Last attempt @ Mon May 12 10:59:43 2014 CEST failed, result 38 (WERR_HANDLE_EOF)

but the strange thing is that samba-tool drs showrepl  on the DC1 i dont have any errors. 
 
Last friday i added about 250-300 dns records.  ( scripted with samba-tool ), and when i checked everything was nicely created.
when that was done, i manualy added some CNAME records and 1 TXT record. 
 
anyone any pointers whats going on?  when i google WERR_HANDLE_EOF i only get samba source links.
