[Samba] DNS, which one?

I'm working on a test solution towards rolling out Samba4 and AD to the
workplace. I've done the testing using the internal Samba DNS server,
since we don't already have Bind implemented. Using a combination of dns
forwarder and forwarding all domain requests from our current DNS to AD.

Are there any real disadvantages to using the internal DNS? I've had no
problems with it this far, but again, this is all strictly in a testing
environment.
