[Samba] "Preparing Your Desktop" on every logon

This is realy not my day.!

I try to write my question again:

I somehow broke my (samba pdc) domain based accout profile. Everytime I
logon to one of our window 7 computer I get: "Preparing Your Desktop".
Windows XP computers behave normal.

According to several MS docs this should be fixed by using the mmc tool.
But I presume this is for ad based domain controllers only.

How can this be fixed on my samba pdc with ldapsam passdb backend?
