[Samba] Ideas how to use Samba 4 AD and still offer standard LDAP authentication?

Well I just wasn't able to figure out the correct attributes. Do you have an idea what the corresponding fields would be in samba ad for say like this configuration: http://imgur.com/xyr8gtu taken from Atlassian Crowd (just an example)?
