[Samba] creating an ubuntu package of version 4.1.0

To be clear: Debianization of samba is best addressed to Debian lists.
"Samba won't compile unless I disable the 'foo' feature" is surely still
on-topic here.

And these are just my opinions, and I'm not a regular on this list.
