Just a side note, but 73 ms ping inside your lan isn't good... that to me
would indicate a problem with a nic/nic driver/switch/ or cable. It may be
a different issue, but I'd definitely check out that... how does your ping
to other devices in your network look? Do all of them ping that high to
your NAS? Most if not all LAN's I have dealt with are less than a 3 ms ping
from edge to edge.
