[Samba] Samba 3 + Windows7

This cant be right i.m.o. 

option ntp-servers              200.160.0.8, 200.189.40.8,
200.160.7.186, 201.49.148.135, 200.186.125.195, 200.20.186.76,
200.192.232.8;

this should be your server. 

assign 1 ntp server in your network, and sync al your systems ( servers/desktops ) with this server. 
if time is out of sync, you will have problems in your network setting up ad and joins... 

also, for your info. 

in my setup DOMAIN is the netbios domainname. 
internal.domain.tld is the bind zone ( and the AD zone ) 

And all my servers desktops get the time from the AD server.
