[Samba] Static entries NOT working (Debian, Ubuntu)

I believe you must stop Samba (or at least nmbd) before editing. I use
the #20 entry as well as in:
"MADMAN#20" 0 192.168.1.2 66R

Edit the the entries for all of types and then restart Samba/nmbd:

"MADMAN#00" 0 192.168.1.2 66R
"MADMAN#03" 0 192.168.1.2 66R
"MADMAN#20" 0 192.168.1.2 66R
