[Samba] samba PANIC

finally i got a crash with the raised loglevel, so here's the information i 
got so far:

>exact samba version:
[root at dc ~]# rpm -qa | grep samba
samba3-client-3.5.12-44.el5
samba3-3.5.12-44.el5
samba3-utils-3.5.12-44.el5

i added the relevant /var/log/messages entries and the relevant smbd.log 
entries as attachment.
I'm not really used to mailing lists so I don't know if you guys preferr 
attachements or in mail text.
