But I have another server with RedHat and Samba 3.0.10 configured in the same way, but I can view correctly text files which I move to RedHat server.

Windows uses '\r\n' and Unix uses '\n'...
Either configure your Windows text editor to use \n, 
or use dos2unix or use sed, etc...
