[Samba] ERRNO=Operation not permitted in Logs

You will shutdown outbound udp packet by firewall on Linux, not
Windows XP side.

google: "Operation not permitted" udp will help you.

Use iptables command or GUI interface to open correct ports such as
tcp/139, tcp/445, udp/138, udp/137.
