you can make it not use DNS at all with the "name resolve order"
option, but using a different dns I don't think is possible, and also
sounds like a faulty network design.  All AD members really need to
use AD's DNS, or at least be able to reach it via dns zoning and
forwarding.  And if you aren't using AD, you don't require DNS.
