Hi,
I just did it wins replication with samba4wins between pdc wins and bdc wins
like that:
"Ex.: on pdc:
socket address = 192.168.135.255
wins support = no
wins server = 192.168.135.150 <-- ip smbd4wins on pdc
EX: on bdc:
socket address = 192.168.135.255
wins support = no
wins server = 192.168.135.151 <-- ip smbd4wins on bdc"
And it is working!!!!

Well, that then misses the point of samba4wins. If you do
not need to run multiple wins servers simultaneously, I
would highly recommend to just use the Samba3 nmbd with
"wins support = yes", that setup is far simpler. At failover
time you could just transfer the wins.dat file to the other
host (by whatever means), and start nmbd there.
