[Samba] help installing samba 3.0.37 on solairs 9 server

Try: mv /tmp/samba-3.0.37-build{,.old}

before running sh makepkg.sh again.

Not sure if that will fix the other issues, but the first thing it's
complaining about is that it can't create the directory because
there's already a file/directory called that.
