[Samba] Samba 3.3.7 Member server not using Ldap

Greetings List,
                       I've got 2 identical Samba Member servers on my domain,of which the global
section of the smb.conf is identical.
My config file is below: The difference? One's a 64 bit OS the other is 32 (I don't think this is the issue). The 32 bit system runs flawlessly,the 64 bit OS does not and when I execute pdbedit -L it does not return the ldap database information,(it returns what looks to be local system accounts.  Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
