[Samba] Please translate M$ speak: create a new organizationalunit

If you're only running a samba PDC, there is no equivalent because you
only have a SAM database. If you have an OpenLDAP backend, you can
follow these instructions using any number of admin tools available.

I don't think this is M$ speak, but rather LDAP speak.
