[Samba] smbd cannot be killed

Well, the server remains responsive. That "kill" I run over ssh, and I
do ssh not PRIOR, but WHEN the issue happens. Moreover, before killing
I try /etc/rc.d/samba start/stop/restart several times, and after
seeing that it fails I try to kill smbd...
