[Samba] process not found

HI 
i am getting problem in samba. thorough samba server i am able to access
shared files but not able to access printer it is showing error message
as access denied. And when i try to restart smb daemon it is showing
error message

I've been working on this on and off for a week now with no results. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
