[Samba] smbtorture4 fails RAW-LOCK against 3.0.23d

Some tests are known to fail.  I'm not sure about this particular one
against 3.0.23d.  The build farm shows it passing against the SAMBA_3_0
tree (see http://build.samba.org/ for details).
