Don't force a machine to do something it really can't. Running Linux as 
a server under a desktop version of Windows is silly. Get a second, 
possibly used, computer and install Linux on it. No need for a permanent 
keyboard, mouse or monitor attachment. Just set it up and administer it 
remotely, using SWAT, WebMin, or telnet (with or without SSH).
