[Samba] NTLM proxy auth against a Samba 3 server

There isn't much to explain - you join the Samba3 domain just like you
join AD.  Just follow the instructions for setting up a Samba3 domain
member, and you should be fine.  Watch out that this can put a *very*
heavy load on your Samba DC.
