[Samba] New installation does not show on network

Thank you, that was it.  I had always noticed in earlier versions of 
Fedora (samba) that nmbd was restarted every time smb was.  So I had 
forgotten about it.  I also did not know what it was for and till now, 
never looked at the man pages on it.
