3.0.14 and 3.0.2x have big changes, you should read
the NEWS/Changes about versions and check how it could
impact you and your server.

Maybe you can turn the SO_KEEPALIVE, *maybe*. :)

These are default options of a stock samba or did
you "tune" it? Maybe you could revert for the default
