[Samba] Trouble doing a remote shutdown of a linux machine through samba

I have looked at this, and although it is a possibility, since Windows 
does not come with a built in ssh client, it's not a very portable 
solution. That being said, if Samba can't do what I want, this is the 
approach I will have to take.
