[Samba] tdb_reopen_all failed

Hello folks,

Am using 3.0.23b and suddenly, most of my users are unable to connect
to my server.  They get errors in Windows XP saying "The specified network
name is no longer available".

I looked around in the logs and found loads of PANIC messages in my smbd
logs saying tdb_reopen_all failed.

Any ideas?
