[Samba] Windows cannot create profile directory

Hi,

I've been experiencing similar problems before onto several machines 
with win2k with each different services packs.
On win2k you must have the latest Service Pack (SP4) and security Packs ...
Ms$ like to play with strange files permissions on differents case like 
First profile creation or Disconections server Profiles syncronisation, 
(you see some stranges things with wrights on the smb pdc at theses 
moments!)
