[Samba] How to prevent an election

How to prevent an election in a network, when a Windows XP is started? Samba 
has now os level = 32 at this network and 

announce version = 5.0 
fake announce = NT Workstation

If I set it to "5.2" and "NT" appropriately, can this help to prevent 
election?
