[Samba] pls pay attention to this (How to hold print jobs )

Now, I'm not well-versed with CUPS, so I don't really know -- however, I
do have a strong feeling this is likely to be a CUPS issue, NOT Samba,
from my experience with other spoolers.

I recommend you read the docs on CUPS.
