[Samba] Roamin Profiles for selected users

hi all
I have a samba 3.0.21c with openldap as PDC . I have about 150 users.
I wish to have roaming profile for selected users only. (only 10 users)
i have created a profile share .at my smb.conf of my pdc and
using smbldap-usermod -F \\mypdc\profiles\<username> <username> . i modified
for that particular user
but still roaming profile is not getting created.

please guide me.
