[Samba] rpcclient + addform

Does someone know how can I add a form within a printer using samba + cups?
The windows clients need a form non standard and I have to add it. I've tried
this command: rpcclient -L PRINTSERVER -U user%passwd -c 'addform <printer>
<newform>'. I received this message "result was WERR_ACCESS_DENIED". With this
user(admin) I can add/remove a printer or a driver. Someone have an idea ?
