[Samba] Accessing windows XP computers on the Network

I am running a samba server as a PDC.
The windows XP computers are unable to be accessed on the network. I get
no logon server error message.

All computers(98 and XP) can connect and access the samba shares.
Only windows 98 computers can be accessed across the network.

It seems there is some kind of authentication problem on the domain.
