[Samba] Excel File Open Issue - Possibly Samba Related

I have the same issue running 3.0.9. Only some users report the problem
however.

It's specific to 3.0.11 as far as i know (but that version
has a different bug with Excel).  We'll try to get this one cleaned
up soon and post a patch.
