[Samba] Samba 4 regshell problems.

I have compiled regshell on both Debian 3.1 unstable and MacOS X
10.4.1 and am having problems with regshell not working right.  I can
connect with out a problem, but any time I issue and ls it will give
me some information then an error of NT_STATUS_ARRAY_BOUNDS_EXCEEDED
on debian and NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER_MIX on macos .  I never
actually get to see any key values either and if I issue an 'info'
request I get a segfault.

I've seen some stuff after googling that show people having this
working.  The macos build took some work to get build, configureing
w/o readline support was needed and getxattr on macos as of 10.4
requires 6 arguments not one.
