[Samba] Samba 3.0.14a vs. 2.0.7, is "include =" recursive?

It should be recursive in 3.0.x as well, but at least one person
reported early on on the releases that it was not working.
I doubt this will get fixed any time soon since this is only
the second time it has come up in just under 2 years.
