[Samba] winbind gives NT_STATUS_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES error

Is this Windows 2000-SP4.SR1 ? Or Maybe Windows 2003 SP1 ?
I've seen the exact same error message with the former.
Try setting 'client schannel = no' as a temporary workaround.
But also try Guenther's debugging suggestion.
