[Samba] \\server\share%user Not Working

Hi!

I am running samba-3.0.9-2.3.

With Windows XP Pro, I use:

Start -> execute-> \\main\compartido%walter

And that is not working.

The log file show:

[2005/02/25 00:29:47, 0] smbd/service.c:make_connection(799)
  winxp (192.168.10.12) couldn't find service compartido%walter

Why?

If  I do use:

Windows explorer -> Tools -> Map network drive ....
then, I do connect successfuly.

Why?
