[Samba] Questions on build farm

Ok great, yeah I was just looking in the directory at
http://www.samba.org/ftp/unpacked/build_farm/ but didn't spot a license
file so figured I should ask.  I did notice that the scripts under /web
have Perl GPL/Artistic boilerplate.
