This is not a Samba issue and is handled on a per client
basis (or possibly in a policy -- I've never done it.)
However, you can disable this behavior by making the
following registry change:
Hive:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key:
Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Name:
CachedLogonsCount
Type:
REG_SZ
Value:
0
I believe this works for every NT class machine, up to
and including Windows XP.
