Works ok here.  Try looking at a level 10 debug log
and see where the reload is failing or not triggering.

Yes.  You can override security last time I checked.
Every parameter except some fundamental ones line
'netbios name' can be set in an included files.
'netbios name' might also be ok.  I haven't checked
that one specifically.
