Hi Collen thanks for even replying....

I have 3 subnets. Each box is running Samba and are connected to eachother
via IPSEC tunnels.

Trying to follow the docs, I have set the "server" as a domain master, prefd
master and local master and set it to be a WINS server. The two "remotes"
are set as local masters and preferred masters and with WINS poiting to the
singe WINS server on the "server" side. They are all set to the same
workgroup. There are Windows clients behind these boxes.

WINS appears to be functioning correctly, it indeed holds the names of
machines on all 3 subnets and I am able to access any machine by hostname
from any machine.

I have verified that there are no Windows workstations becoming DMB's.

I cannot seem to get the browse lists to callate however. The DMB and LMB
announcements seem to be OK and the syncs initiate however there are always
0 records returned! The browse.dat files on each box contain only the
hostnames on that particular subnet when my understanding is that these
should collate.

Thanks for any help!

Here is part of nmbd log on box 192.168.1.1 (DMB):
