[Samba] samba user1 -> samba user2 migrating - how?

Why aren't utilities such as this (and their man pages) included in the
Red Hat srpms from the Samba site?

I found it by doing a Linux "locate", but its location
(/usr/local/samba) was that of a previous, unsuccessful source code
"make install" on my test machine.

All the utilities, including tdbdump, (and their man pages) in the
default $prefix Samba directory really should be included in the srpm
installs. They're worth gold :)
