Never used that tool, don't use the idealx scripts so I don't know how
they set up an OpenLDAP DIT.
However, using OL normally, with proxy users, the answer is dead simple;
give Administrator the same rights as Manager. You'd do this using ACLs
in slapd.conf or whatever subconfig files it includes.
Nothing sucksseeds like a pigeon without a beak ...
