[Samba] samba 2.2 to samba 3

Hello,
I have 2 different servers:
One old Server RH 8.0 with a SaMBa 2.2.8
One new server Debian with a SaMBa 3.1.0

Data are synchronize with rsync 2 times per day.

What I want to do:
I want to migrate SaMBa acounts of users and computers from the
SaMBa 2.8 server to the SaMBa 3 server. After I want to stop the old
server.
How can I do this?
