[Samba] Profiles pemissions and ldap backend

bdb performance will always be MANY ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE faster than
ldbm.  And ldbm is depricated anyway.

Make sure your using a recent OpenLDAP version, not one of the antique
ones provided with your distribution.
