[Samba] script in netlogon isn't run

The first things I would try:

- check the permissions on the file
- make sure the file is in DOS text format, not Unix. You can do it with 
  the "unix2dos logon.bat" command
- check in the logs if the user can connect correctly to the [NETLOGON] 
share at login
