Means that you have not mapped the primary unix group of user "glen" to
a windows group. Use something like:

net groupmap add ntgroup="Domain Users" unixgroup=groupOfGlen

Being groupOfGlen the primary group of user "glen".

Anyway, read Chapter 12 from Samba-HOWTO (Group mapping MS windows and
unix).
